Exchange Policy

The exchange policy is valid for a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is new and in a condition suitable for resale.

• The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging.
• All accessories and complimentary gifts must be returned with the product.
• The order confirmation, invoice, or delivery notice must be provided.
• Exchange approval is subject to product inspection by the after-sales service team.

Defective Product Upon Delivery

If a product is received with visible damage, missing parts, or an apparent defect upon delivery, an exchange or return request may be submitted after review and approval by the after-sales service team.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds may be processed after the after-sales service team receives the product, verifies its condition, and confirms that it meets the return requirements.

• For credit card payments, the refund will be issued to the same account used for the original transaction.
• For cash payments, the refund will be processed in cash according to the approved procedures.
• The product must be returned with all accessories and complimentary gifts.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.

Please provide the order confirmation, delivery notice, or invoice to complete the exchange or return process.

Maintenance & Warranty

All products available at Rokon Baghdad are original and covered by the applicable brand or distributor warranty, based on each product’s warranty terms.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects according to the authorized agent or distributor’s terms.
• Products may be submitted for after-sales service through Rokon Baghdad branches.
• Product repair may take up to 15 days from the date it is handed over to the specialized service team.
• The warranty is not valid without proof of purchase.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

• Misuse, liquid exposure, or use with unsuitable electrical voltage.
• Opening the product or attempting repairs through an unauthorized third party.
• Removal, alteration, or unreadability of the product serial number.
• Accessories such as batteries and chargers are not covered unless explicitly stated in the warranty terms.

Payment & Delivery

Payment Methods

Payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard, or through cash on delivery, depending on the payment options available during checkout.

• If a refund is issued for a card payment, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the purchase.
• Card information is not stored within Rokon Baghdad systems.
• Cash on delivery is available in Jordanian Dinars only.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within Amman is arranged according to the available schedule shown at checkout.
• Delivery to other governorates across Jordan usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
• Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number are entered correctly.
• Delivery service does not include installation unless clearly stated in the product or offer details.
